What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us immediately when you notice a damaged items and we will be happy to assist.
On the other hand, we do our best to send the right items to you at all times. If ever we send a wrong item to you, we shall incur the cost of picking up and returning the right item to you.
What if i'm not home during delivery?
In most cases, our delivery personnel will contact you well in advance prior delivery, or we can update you when item leaves warehouse and provide a tracking number. This way, you can track the movement and location of your item and communicate with the delivery company on the best time to deliver your order.
Can I nominate a preferred delivery date?
For metro Sydney delivery, you can nominate a preferred date with us but its important that you inform us in advance. However, for interstate or regional deliveries, customers will be responsible for discussing it through our third party carrier on when best to deliver, alternatively you can grant them authority to leave item at the door or any secure area.
