WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY
For orders weighing 30kgs and above, we require someone to assist in unloading it, so it will be best to arrange a convenient time with our designated transporter. If they deliver an item to you and you are not home and all effort to reach you on phone proves abortive, they will not leave the goods without authorisation. When this happens, they will return the goods to our warehouse but shipping it again will call for another cost.
If authorized, our shipping company can leave items in your absence at a designated area. We shall not be held liable for any item that went missing after delivery.
CAN I NOMINATE PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE?
Yes. But it is necessary to inform us well in advance so we can organised a shipping company that can deliver on your preferred date. Weekend deliveries if nominated by a customer sometimes are more expensive as not many freighters will like to work on weekends.
