Orders Arrived Damaged

 

  1. All items are thoroughly inspected before sending them out to our customers . If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will be happy to replace it for you as soon as possible. Will issue you full refund if replacement part is exhausted or provide a satisfying discount or or repair, whichever option that is preferred by our customer. If you return an item to us, we will reimburse you for the the delivery cost.
    NOTE: Once you receive your order(s), we strongly recommend that you confirm the items received that they are in good condition because we may run out of stock if a buyer delays reporting a faulty items as soon as possible hence some items are just seasonal sales. 
  2. We request that you  take a clear  photographs of any damage parts and send them to us through eBay before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier or  warehouse.

 

Faulty

 

  1. Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer's warranty.
  2. Should your product be faulty,   Please message us through eBay so can  we can provide needed guidance  on how  to resolve the issue hence this item is covered by the manufacturer warranty. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you without additional charges.

 

Warranty

 

  1. Each product we sell comes with automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
  2. All items comes with a minimum of 12 months warranty unless specified otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. 
    NOTE: DAMAGES CAUSED BY OVERUSE BECAUSE OF COMMERCIAL PURPOSES OR MISHANDLING IS EXCLUDED FROM THESE WARRANTY.

REFUNDS

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

 

(i). has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

 

(ii). is unsafe

 

(iii). is significantly different from description.

 

(iv). doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, we can provide a replacement or issue a refund.

 Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
